Frequently asked questions
Are you accountants?
No. We do not keep accounts and we do not sign tax returns; that is the work of a certified accountant. Our job is to organise and prepare the documents so that the accountant receives them complete and in order.
Do you only work with companies in Setúbal?
The registered office is in Setúbal, but day-to-day work is done remotely, by email, telephone and video call. We take clients from anywhere in the country.
How does an assignment start?
With an email or a message. Describe the company’s activity and what you want to delegate; if useful, we arrange a video call. A written proposal follows, and we only start once you have approved it.
Is there a contract?
Yes. The approved proposal sets out in writing what is done, how often, within what deadlines and at what price, and stands as the agreement between the parties. Any change goes through the same route.
How quickly do you reply?
We answer emails on working days. If the request calls for a detailed proposal, we tell you straight away when you will receive it.
Do you publish client names?
No. We do not publish client names, logos or case studies, neither on this site nor anywhere else.
