Prices and billing
Services are invoiced with VAT at the rate in force. The price, the frequency and the deadlines are agreed in writing before the work starts. Payment is by bank transfer, on the terms stated on each invoice.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Any complaint may be addressed to geral@discover100limit.com. The Portuguese electronic complaints book is also available, at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
The services are intended for companies and professionals. Where a consumer is involved, under Portuguese Law 144/2015 of 8 September, they may turn to the territorially competent alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies, as well as to the European online dispute resolution platform.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Failing agreement, the courts of the district of Setúbal have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
