What data we collect
This site has no forms and no member area, and asks for no registration. The only personal data we hold is what you send us by email: your name, your email address, the company you represent and the content of your message.

Purposes and legal basis
We use this data to answer your request, prepare a proposal and, if agreed, carry out the contracted work and meet our legal invoicing and record-keeping obligations.
- Answering enquiries — legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- Performance of the contract and delivery of the service — Article 6(1)(b)
- Invoicing, accounting and archiving — legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c)
Retention period
Messages that do not lead to any work are deleted within two years. Documents linked to invoicing and accounting are kept for the retention periods required by Portuguese law.
Who has access
The data is not sold and not passed on for commercial purposes. It may be accessed by the provider hosting the website and the email service and, where indispensable, by the company’s certified accountant. Where the law requires it, it may be disclosed to the competent authorities.
Cookies and measurement tools
This site sets no cookies, uses no audience analytics or advertising pixels, and does not profile visitors. No consent request is therefore shown.
The typefaces used on the pages are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your IP address is sent to Google’s servers for that purpose only. No other data is sent.
Your rights
You may at any time ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to the processing. Write to geral@discover100limit.com. We answer within one month.
If you believe your data is not being handled as it should be, you may lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the supervisory authority in Portugal.
